Shipping Within India

• Processing Time
  All orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

• Shipping Charges

  • Rest: 80/-

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above: 699/-

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Packaging

Each piece of jewelry is carefully packed in our custom Ellira Jewels box, with secure wrapping to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volume, festivals, or weather-related disruptions. We will notify you in case of any significant delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and, in the case of damage, a clear photo of the product and packaging while unboxing.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
